Review Notes: This was a solid, respectable cigar. Initial taste was very good-- very nutty. The cigar evolved into something that was earthy-- almost reminiscent of the Padron thousand series. It also had a good (not overpowering) peppery taste to it. The cigar has gotten better after 4 months of aging. It was initially very rough and not as complex. The draw was effortless. There was really nothing that detracted from it. This is an all around very respectable no BS smoke-- not great, but good. I think it can be appreciated by a more experienced smoker. This is an underrated smoke and a smoke that should be kept in your humidor.

"A Solid Maduro"

Review Notes: Fairly attractive semi-oily dark, rustic wrapper. Pre- burn aroma was earthy, woodsy and spice. Upon torching produced a copious amount of smoke with an easy, airy draw. Nice burn throughout with no re-lights, just a few slight touch ups to keep her even. Unimpressive ash; very flakey with no holding power; black/gray mottled color. Overall flavor was quite good for a $1.50 stick. Demonstrated a medium-full body with assertive notes of espresso, dark chocolate, earth and charred wood. Became just a tad harsh and hot for the final 1/3rd. Certainly middle-of-the-road overall, but a good everyday go to if in the mood for a somewhat assertive easy smoking maduro at a good price.

Review Notes: Nice dark wrapper, slightly tight draw, fairly even burn with a few inconsistencies, and very good taste for such a cheap cigar make this a very good value.

"Solid Deal"

Review Notes: This H.U. shows off a slightly rustic, veiny, dark brown wrapper. Has a heavy, solid, but moist feel. Overall construction is an A+. Draw's a tad tight, but no problems getting plenty of smoke. Burn is as perfect as can be; razor sharp and even throughout. Not one touch-up or re-light necessary. Burned strong for the entire smoke with a long, finely layered light gray ash. Overall flavor profile is on the medium side, perhaps even mild for those use to strong maduros. However, pleasant notes of leather, nuts, cocoa powder and a touch of cut wood and spice are enjoyed. Although I typically enjoy a slightly fuller-bodied stick this is a flavorful and well constructed cigar.

Review Notes: I Heard Some Good Things And Some Bad Things About This Cigar But I Had To Try A Box And Tested It Myself. I Bought 1 Box Of 20 Maduros For $45.00 Which Was Grest Value! The Appearance Is Great Especially There Square Pressed Style. Construction Was Good Nothing To Complain About. Aged Them For 3 Months. This Cigar Lighted Up Just Fine. The Flavor Is Not Bad Can Be 1 Demensional Sometimes. Out Of 20 Cigars Only 4 I Needed To Touch Up The Way It Burned Uneven. The Draw Is Easy Sometimes Loose But Thats Not A Big Deal. Overall These Cigars Are Not Bad And With Some Proper Ageing (Between 3 To 6 Months) This Cigar Will Be Great And Much Better! Its Worth A Try. I'm Not Disappointed At All Buying These Especially For The Price I Paid For Them
