Review Notes:I grab these up whenever I find them. Tried one of these as a suggestion by a shop owner. Man am I glad I did. I measure all maduros I smoke against this one. Earthiness, dark cocoa, smooth rich, leathery. Goes great with a pint of Guinness. These are always a consistent burn and draw. Great cigar for the price.

Review Notes:as tmctester said before, this thing burns uneven constantly. I bought a five pack from JR, and all of them smoked uneven...however; the hints of dark chocolate fill them with loads of flavor. if not for the flavor, these cigars would be overpriced for even 2 bucks, make sure you have plenty of butane, because you'll be touching this one up till the end!

Review Notes:My tastes have turned toward stronger cigars since picking up a box of these some three and a half years ago but when the time is right they still satisfy. 5till a little spicy upfront but quickly mellows to mild-med creamy, toasty, mocha flavors with a hint of molasses maybe, on the lingering finish. Still burns a little sideways but now corrects itself. No touch ups. This one has a great quality/value ratio. A lotta cigar for the money and on a side note one of the best boxes in the biz. If you find a box for $39 bucks jump on'em like a chicken on a junebug!

Review Notes:Starts off a little slow; entirely unexceptional. Two inches in? Fantastic. Great flavors, plenty of smoke, and a wonderful aroma. Got a box from JR's for $39 (holiday special) and can't tell you how glad I am that they're there in the humidor.

Review Notes:It starts out as mild-mannered Clark Kent, and finishes like Superman! Seriously, when I lit this thing up, it tasted no better then your average JR knoock-off maduro. What I got by the end was a CAO Brazillia! Flavor builds all the way down the stick.
Beautiful wrapper - really dark. I had some problems with the light, but I was able to correct it well enough. Not much smoke at the beginning, but lots near the end. Stayed cool all the way down to the nub, and offered even a little nicotine buzz - a plus. Woodsy / leathery flavor with just the most subtle hint of sweet maduro in there, with a spicyness that built up inch-by-inch. Decent construction, and the peppery-colored ash clung to dear life at the end of the stick.
For about $2.00 per stick, this thing is a real champ! And if you want a full-bodied flavor, but don't want it too heavy on your palete, this is the smoke for you. I'm buying a box as soon as I can.
