Review Notes: One of my favorite cigars at any price and origin. With the exception of very few with slightly too tight draw, the edmundo is a great high class cigar with excellent montecristo flavors and aroma.Full body, thick smoke and very good burn. Not cheap but not too expensive either.

Review Notes: Spent a week in Belize with friends. We pooled our money and bought a fiver of the Edmundo. I smoked two. First one was iffy on construction and flavor. Had my little tooth-filling flavor-barometer buzzing about half way in. But how can you go wrong in a warm breeze blowing in off the caye and good company and lots and lots of cheap rum? The second one a few nights later was much better. Wonderful smooth flavors and razor burn paired up with a handful of Belikins, a hot tub and a million stars, a few that saw fit to fall.

Review Notes: Dug one out tonight with a few years of age on it and a nice spotty, streaky plume showing on the wrapper and was blown away! In the few years I have been sitting on them, they have transformed from very good cigars of sweet cedar and spice with some leathery notes and a few burn issues into absolutely amazing cigars. Chocolatey, cedary, leathery, with hints of nuts and spice and a chocolate-tobacco-coffee aroma that evolved with the cigars taste as it burned perfectly all the way down. I will be buying another box or two of these to let rest before I run out of my current examples. Can't recommend highly enough the value of letting these sit for awhile after you smoke the first couple! Also, one of the very few Cuban cigars that don't seem to be plagued with construction problems beyond the occasional crooked burn. (knock wood!) A medium-full bodied 45-60 min. trip to heaven. I had to force myself to let it rest between bouts of compulsive puffing, the flavor was so good! Puffed it. Loved it. Nubbed it. Nuff said.
