Review Notes: I had one of these on my honeymoon in Jamaica. I also purchased several Cohibas, which were OK. But after smoking this smoooooth Monecristo, I wish that I had only purchased these. Great cigar, my wife agrees.

Review Notes: This is my first experience with the Monty. I had this one in my humidor for month after getting a few from a friend. He had them for a while so they were good to go. Will have to keep them around for a half year or so and retry to see the differences.

Review Notes: I have being smoking Cuban cigars for nearly 20 years. My tastes have changed a bit, but this cigar is always my favorite. If I was on a deserted island this would be my cigar of choice. This batch was dark with oily wrappers but they have aged nicely. I got them in August 2006. I have had about half of the box and I only had one where the draw was a touch tight.

Review Notes: It is the absolute best cigar I have ever had to my lips. Started out with earthy flavors Also tasted some citrus and floral spice throughout. Very spicy at the end Now I know what complexity of a cigar means. This thing just kept changing. And every change was better than before. There is no flaw that I can find in this one. Burn and draw is fabulous.

Review Notes: It's hard to believe my Monte No. 2's are already a year older. I hadn't tasted one for quite some time until recently, and the flavor was everything I remembered and more. I cannot find a flaw in these cigars. Quite possibly the finest torpedo on Earth.
