Review Notes: The first thing one notices upon lighting up this well constructed torpedo is its draw. The ultra easy draw is not off set by any heat or harshness. The wrapper has minimal veins and the cigar is very well constructed. The rush of wonderful flavors really kick in toward the end of this world famous torpedo. You really never want to put it down! I have had several of these from various distributors and they were all consistent. Highly recommended!

Review Notes: I finally got around to finishing my box of #2s stamped Sept 05. At first I wasn't overly impressed with the #2, but upon smoking many other cigars (both Cuban and Dominican) you really begin to appreciate the #2. I have to admit, I received a beautiful box. Nice dark wrappers, somewhere inbetween the colour of a limited edition and regular Monte wrapper. I also did not encounter a poorly constructed stick in the bunch, although one or two had a few little blemishes, they didn't take anything away from the way they smoked. I also experienced no drawing problems. I would describe the flavor of the #2 as exactly what you expect a cigar to taste like. A good amount of tobacco taste mixed with just a touch of earth and burnt sugar. I also found the cigar to be very versatile in that it worked great after meals both light and heavy, aswell as making a great pairing to a glass of scotch (Lagavulin, High land Park, Laphroaig). Overall, an excellent figurado that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Review Notes: I have smoke dozens of these in the past, but not lately until last night. The construction was a Perfect 10, flavor was medium with a nice finish, value--it was a freebie that was in the humidor for a couple years, just wonderful!
