Review Notes: It's rich, and strong yet smooth and mellow. It burns long and slow, with an easy draw that gives up tons of smoke. The flavor is dirt and leather. Smoking a Monte #2 is pure cigar heaven!

Review Notes: Box code GKI ENE 04. Tastes so young, I expect this cigar to cry for its mama. One day this may be great, but that day is not now. My box will sleep for quite some time.

Review Notes: I think you almost need to specify the vintage of these cigars much like you do wine. I have had some very good Monte #2's, but this particular one from March 2000 was pretty bad. The burn and construction were okay, but the flavor was weak and hot.
