Review Notes: The new Montey 2's I got have different bands. Instead of the old opaque band, the new band is glossy and the fleur-de-lis looks like the one on a N.O. Saints' helmet. Convinced at first these were fake, I checked out the smoke. Right length, guage and very firm. Had that familiar pungent aroma. Lit it up and knew it was the genuine article. Full, rich and long lasting, still one of the best. These were, in fact, some of the best yet! ( Some ISOM sites are now addressing the band changes and confirming that they are for real).

Review Notes: The Cuban Montecristo #2 is very definitely the KING OF CIGARS. Taste, draw, and construction are just perfect. The box I purchased had a box code date of 2/02. I couldn't stop smoking them. They are that good. Don't get fooled by the non-Cuban Monte's. They aren't even close.

Review Notes: This has to be if not one of the best then the very best pyramid I've ever smoked. Wow! what a sensational cigar...A little bit pricey but you get your moneys worth. The ones I've smoked were a couple of years old. The best of the best by far!!!

Review Notes: I have only smoked non-cuban cigars and loved the hemmingway until I tried the #2 from a fresh box given to me by a patient, WOW, it slapped me in the face. I'm spoiled now, don't know if anything will come close. A real finger burner.

Review Notes: smooth smoke until last 2 inches then bitter taste. Draws easily and burns evenly. Nice up front flavor.
