Review Notes: split a box with a buddy from JRcigars. I have to say, the construction is amazing. Every one I (and my buds) have had has burned and drawn flawlessly. They feel heavy in the hand and the wrapper has no veins and has a very velvety feel to it. That's where the fun ends though, because these are really nothing special once you light them up. They have a very monotonous, unsatisfying flavor that has given me a headache every time i've tried to finish the dang thing. Just very unrewarding. The one plus is that the smoke is likely amiable to passers-by. I like my La Fincas more (aged some, of course) at a quarter of the price.

Review Notes: I dislike the "standard" Montecristos period. Too mild, too somthing. I've tried and tried to find a way onto the bandwagon but can't get 'er done. These ain't my thing. Now the Monte Platinums...that's another story

Review Notes: After a poor start with a plugged draw, the old Shish Ka Bob Skewer came in handy. Half way down, smooth mellow tobacco taste. For $ 9.00 at the local P-Town Smoke shop, you could do much better. This Gar has been rated 8.48 out of 10 in the rating quide, come on, Pardon in my opion is a 8, and this doesn't deserve a 8. It is a fine smoke but this is a Plain Good Smoke!

Review Notes: Wonderful full flavor that never changed through the entire length of this cigar. This one had been in the humi for close to a year. It was well worth the wait. Medium bodied with the typically reliable MC construction and burn. Paid $8.75, but if the result is what this one provided, so what! Highly recommended.

Review Notes: I smoke more than my share of Montecristo's and this is a reason why. I try to shy away from flavor typing because unless it is actually flavored a cigar cannot be all bad if proper maintained. This corona had a perfect burn and was the one of the best clothed hour and a halfs of my life.
