Review Notes: A terrible cigar with a weak draw and a flavor profile consisting of dirt and exhaust. Do not buy.

Review Notes: this cigar should be testament to the fraudulousness of these Dominican imposters of the original Cuban brands. The cigar was well crafted, and thats all it had going for it. Mild-flavorless. Why bother? The filler blend may have been nice, but the wrapper leaf is far too claro to have developed any oil/flavor. If you want a smooth. refined, creamy cigar just pick up an Avo or PG, not this two-bit well marketted tripe.

Review Notes: I gave this one a good long while in the humidor and it paid off. The cigar did not gain complexity, but it smoothed out and became a to-the-nub kind of smoke. This one had a nice plume on it as well. Just a yummy smoke for under 5 bucks.

Review Notes: This cigar came in a sampler of robustos and was hoping that this cigar would live up to the Montecristo name. Fortunately for me it did. I have two more and this first one had a nice firm construction, smooth wrapper, with not many veins. I was a little concerned at the firm draw (a little more then I like) but it didn't cause any problems. The burn was even most of the cigar- had to touch up once. Smooth creamy smoke with some lightly sweet undertones. As the cigar progressed it became spicy in the back of the throat. Overall, a medium body smoke that would be good in the afternoon or right after work. A little age might even make this one better.
