Review Notes: Strong, easy draw, every day cigar

 Review Notes: Got this as a free sample in the mail. A bit slow to get started, but had a good deal of complexity once it got going. Not a hint of harshness, and some good sweet tobacco flavor. Definitely on the mild side; a good smoke while doing some yard work or just relaxing, but not quite interesting enough to take my full attention. Wife says it smelled good, always a plus. This was NOT 7x54 as listed; its more like 7x48, but draw still just fine, and I am the first to complain about a tight draw.

 Review Notes: Came draging home from the end of a rough week,and to my suprise my wife handed me this big stick she picked up at a cigar store in town.I fired that it up right then and there.Having smoked a few smaller monte whites in the past,in this case bigger is better.A great looking mild cigar with a good draw and even burn.Smooth as a car sales mans line and luny arithmatic, this lasts over an hour and goes nice with a few shots of Patron Tequila.Just may get a few more,

 Review Notes: ...But I've had two of these, both had terrible draws, and both burned poorly. It's a real shame to hammer out a perfectly good, nearly unsmoked cigar in the ashtray because you can barely get any smoke out of it. I mean, the cigar looks great, and has a decent toasty, bready, perhaps woodsy sort of flavor. What little ash I had on these seemed to hold well. But the cigars were a massive disappointment. I've never been a fan of domestic Montes - I've always thought them pricey and not worth the value. This cigar only confirmed that belief.

 Review Notes: One of my favorite mild Churchills. The construct was great and I got an amazing spot on burn and the draw was completely effortless. The flavors of wood and cream were consistent throughout, with a nice spicy finish. A little spendy, but a good choice for Churchill lovers.
