Review Notes: I have always enjoyed Nica Libre. This is the first of this small size that I've had. I still get the same flavors that I get from the large size, but I did punch cut this one because of the narrow end created from the box press. Maybe the smaller opening allowed a slower burn compared to others that seem to have issues with this size? To me, this is classic Nica Libre, smooth, creamy. I have not had a 1964 Padron, so I can't compare, but I would say it's similar to the Padron x000 line. Nica's are one of my go-tos for a calm 'gar.

Review Notes: Amazing how varied a cigar can be in different sizes. This stick is on the low side of the scale. Square pressed to the point of being a wafer, const. is fair, did not burn very straight. Bad flavor, tastes like burnt straw and was hot even though I smoked very slowly. Bad aftertaste, like burning gym socks. The only saving grace was the price, a sampler pack of ten for 22.50. Thank God ther were only two of this size in the sampler. Will not buy this size again, in fact I will try to give the other one of this size away to an unsuspecting soul.

Review Notes: Burns straight, but very hot on the lips because of the small size. Doesn't pack as much flavor as the larger sizes in the line. I guess its ok for a quickie.

Review Notes: Bought a box of these from CI after reading such stellar reviews. These are hardly like Padrons. One of the lightest feeling cigars I have had in my hand, the caps on most are barely hanging on, very inconsistent size and shape from one to another, and every band I have removed...even when I smoked within a quarter of an inch of it, has torn the wrapper on the cigar. They even burn uneven. Completely agree with Cigar Loco....these are crap.

Review Notes: I bought a box of these on sale solely on description and reviews , I’m sorry to say that this cigar is probably one of the worst cigars that I have ever smoked! It had major burn problems and draw issues with bad air leaks in the wrapper and binder making it impossible to get a good draw. The flavor had a sour earth taste with hints of motor oil and metallic after taste. Maybe I just got a bad box or something. I am definitely not buying this cigar again!!!
