Review Notes: I bought 5 of these online, let them adjust about a month then started herfing. I haven't smoked an Oliva in probably five-years and was blown away with quality, construction, appearance and most of all taste. None remain after a three day weekend...a new favorite. The construction/draw were all flawless and the wrapper was a dark caramel oily masterpiece. Medium-full with excellent complexity with a leathery core, true Nic flavors of earth and spice and that elusive creamy character not often found in a Nic puro. I think Mr. Surgery got an anomoly and if you have read any of my reviews good or bad I plead all not to review just one single cigar from any manufacturer. This one's a keeper!

Review Notes: This cigar was about as plain-jane a cigar as they come. I had this in the humi for about a year, and I was eager to see how it would be. The appearance was nice and the pre-light aroma was just fine. Draw through the length of the ciga was just fine, as well. As for the tase, it started out very strong and like others have noted, was very leathery with a bit of pepperiness to it. It then settled into a completely boring tobacco taste for next 3/4 of the cigar. At about 3/4 in, it started to tunnel, needing a lot of spot-welding from the lighter, which corrected the problem. I found this to be about as uninteresting a cigar as they come. I guess it is good for passing time, but as for actively enjoying it; no.

Review Notes: Nice flavor to this just above medium smoke. It starts strong and mellows as it goes and the flavor remains consistent with a sharp finish. Excellent burn with a tight ash.

Review Notes: A great robusto with tastes of cedar, leather, hints of chocolate and good Nic tobacco flavor and spice. I have smoked about 2 boxes of these in the past two months and everyone has had flawless construction and draw. Overall, for the money this baby can't be beat.

Review Notes: I have not found a better value for the price. at about $3 a stick(online prices) and $5 (retail) you cannot do better. You start with a base of leather, add some sweet to mellow it out, add toast and wood at intervals, and finish with a hint of chocolate. if you cannot find these flavors in there check your taste buds. burns well, and looks great.
