Review Notes:
I managed to find a few more of these for 3 bucks each, so I figured I would try again. The one I had yesterday and the one I just finished suffered from the same issues as the very first one I had tried. The flavors were about the same and the strength was still there. This cigar looks better than it tastes.

Review Notes:
I had none of the problems mentioned by other raters. Nicely made cigar. The initial flavor was ho-hum, but rapidly changed to a mildly spicy, flavorful smoke. Even burn with good smoke. Ash was solid through over half the stick...and I elected to breakit rather than risk having it fall... I apparently got a heck of a deal compared to the $11 avg and the $7 and $9 mentioned by others as I spent less than $2.50 each for the nine I bought. Not sure it warrants the 90 rating from CA, but can see how it would be close to that. I enjoyed it and am looking forward to the other eight....

Review Notes:
Boring cigar with strength? That was about it. I thought the flavor was bland and if the flavor is off, the whole cigar may as well be. That said, the rest was just so-so. I had a slightly off burn that made me with I had my 7 bucks back......and here I thought I had gotten a great deal :(

Review Notes:
Looks good, with its peach colored anilla and its mat look.
They say it's made with leaves that have known no chemical treatment. Flavours is very good, as close as it can get to a cuban cigar. Strong, hints of cocoa, roasted nuts and an overall pleasing smoothness. Construction was not very good though, ashes become dust in a second and several touch ups were more than necessart. Relatively bad value, too.

Review Notes:
I paid almost 9 bucks for this small cigar, consoling myself at the thought of discovering another great small smoke. Looked nice, well packed, I punched the pigtail (no cutter) and lit it up. I was hit with the unmistakable taste of strong Nicaraguan tobacco. Full body, taste was, however, one dimensional woody character. Burn went south and required a touch up for the canoeing but was perfect after straightening out. Second half got a bit more interesting with some spice evident, but the woody character predominated and I found the cigar had a huge snore factor. I don't see any Cuban character whatsoever in these, none, and I've had maybe 20+ different cuban vitolas and a hundred total habanos in the past year. You want a strong Nicaraguan smoke, but JDN Antanos and save your $. I find the Antanos more complex as well (but to be honest they're not very complex either).
