Review Notes: I finally got around to trying an Opus X, and after being dissapointed with all the other AF's I've tried (regular line, SG, DC, Hemi) I came into this cigar with low expectations. The most noticable thing is that this is a very strong cigar that hits you like a firework when you light it up. You will get a major buzz off this smoke even if you're used to ones like these. However the problem here is that this is probably one of the most one-dimensional tasting cigars there is. Tastes like pepper and that's about it. Not that this is a bad taste, or a really bad cigar, but it's just not enough complexity, and by the 1/2 way point it becomes much blander and starts to taste like a plain old AF which is not saying much. Construction and burn are fine here, but this cigar does not justify what it goes for. The first 10 minutes are great, but the punch and taste falls off the table too way too fast. Probably not good to make a review off just one (and a very small size to boot), but no way would I waste money on the larger sizes when there's much better cigars out there in the $3-6 range.

Review Notes: My local B&M had these at MSRP so I had to try 2. Laid them down for about 2 months and then lit them up. These two were flavor bombs which surprised me. I am noticing that small packages can really pack a punch.

Review Notes: The most appealing aspect of this cigar is that its tastes changes the most amount of any cigar I have ever had. Started off strong, overwhelming, then transferred to a heavy, warm, campfire wood, with hints of cedar and the sweetness of sherry.

Review Notes: A nice powerful little smoke. I have some of these from last year and they are amazing now. The oils came through the top of the wrapper (tiny sparkles) and look spectacular. Perfect draw. Smooth even burn. Very spicy. Loads of black pepper followed by hints of black cherry. Strong cedar at the 1/2. Even more powerful and flavorful than some of the other sizes. An earthy finish. Extremly enjoyable. A superb stick with lots of balance.

Review Notes: A very good smoke fromt the line, I like these a little more than larger ones, really spicy at the beginning of the smoke doesn't stay spicy throughout the whole thing, but a very smooth cigar nonetheless
