Review Notes: Just finished one as a gift to myself. A smooth, creamy, just about perfect smoke. The wrapper was a gorgeous carmel brown, it burned evenly all the way down, its draw was a masterpiece, and was one of the most well-constructed, flavorful cigars I've ever experienced. The Exclusivo was well worth hunting down and adding to my humidor.

Review Notes: With all the hype and chatter about these Padrons, I guess my expectations were built a little too high. Mine had a split in the wrapper near the foot, and it burnt uneven most of the time. It was beautiful to look at, with the milk chocolaty looking wrapper and that fat box-press shape. I expected the flavor to be absolutely heavenly, but turned out to be quite Earthy. Draw was a little firm, even via bulls-eye punch. The ash was dark and skimpy looking, but managed to cling on for 1.5". There were some notes of chocolate and some nuttiness. Sweet spices at times. Finish was pretty long. Don't get me wrong, this is a great quality cigar, i've just had better IMHO...both cuban and non-cuban, some of them at half the price of this. I'd certainly take the Opus X over this any day.

Review Notes: What a great cigar! Enjoyed every second of it. Smoked it to the nub. Had a slight uneven burn, but tremendous flavor, great creamy smoke. You have to try this!

Review Notes: If you ever wondered what a cigar experience could be, you'll need to try one of these. There's only a handfull of cigars that could perfectly define it and this is definitely one of them. I don't like to compare non-Cuban's to Cubans because they are so different but the 64 is definitely one of the best on any scale.

Review Notes: My wife bought me one of these for my b-day. What can I say...the only thing better than this cigar is my wife. Gotta love a woman who goes out of her way to track down one of these Padron's. Now, as for the smoke...well, it was absolutely wonderful. Probably the smoothest cigar I've ever had--the best balance of flavor and sheer satin finish, billows of smoke, and subtly complex flavors throughout. Every draw was heaven--toasty, sometimes sort of chocolaty (very subtle), and ever so earthy. Hard to explain the flavors but the creamy smoothness was unbelievable. Never got sweet--just a great medium nutty type smoke. If I could afford these every day I'd likely forget most other cigars. Bottom line--a great way to start another year on this planet.
