Review Notes: Out of all the first rate cigars there are, opus x, VSG's and the like, the Padron 1964 line is the most consistant in quality. Every cigar I buy in this line is as exceptional as the next. Smooth draw, taste of spice and cocoa, and an even well balanced burn that very enjoyable. The torpedo is definately my favorite in this line

Review Notes: This is one of the finest cigars I've ever smoked, from any country. Extremely rich flavor, very complex, and quite smooth. This cigar basically killed Cubans for me -- I'll never pay more for any cigar than this one because it just doesn't get any better than this. One interesting note: even though this is the natural wrapper, it's almost as dark as a maduro.

Review Notes: Maduro wrapper brought out a coffee/chocolate taste - complicated but outstanding. Good burn, light gray ash, slow buring. Who is making cigar roach clips. Also tried a natural wrapper, mild, not as complicated, but great flavor just the same.

Review Notes: A naturally sweet stick with some very complex espresso and cedary flavors. The burn and draw were perfect. The ash was light gray and held fairly tightly. It's a little over-valued, but then again this smoking experience can't be duplicated at any price.

Review Notes: Nice looking box-pressed cigar. Smaller than average for torps. Draw was a little tight, but not unpleasantly so. Flavor is very mid-range, not much pepper (light), not much cocoa or coffee (heavy), just very clean toasty tobacco flavor, with mild earthiness. At first I thought, oh no, its going to be cigarette-like, but it fills out very well and is a good, if non-complex, smoke. But the back of my mind tells me that a $15 cigar should be more interesting than this. Its not bad at all - flavor is rated lower because there's just too little of it.
