Review Notes: Smokes like this shouldn't be graded with the pricetag in your hand. I don't care what your means are, smoke this like your in a crushed velvet herf jacket, sitting in a leather chair thats as oily as this cigar. For the Cuban lovers and those who dont drool over OpusX's... its warm in here, come on in :) i think Nicaraguan puros with this amount of care are only equaled. A legend and a value because this is the reason i put fifty dollar bills down on cigars. don't let the decision you already made ruin the experience!!!!

"Premier Good Cigar"

Review Notes: I embarked this memorable journey with the natural wrapped cigar. I paid $31 for her down in Ft Walton Beach, Florida when I was at an Altadis sponsored herf; granted Padron is not Altadis product, but I could not resist in purchasing one. I have seen these sell for up to $50 I started off this once in a lifetime battle with the natural. Picked her up and gently handled and smelled the richness of its flawless triple Nicaraguan construction. The tobacco wrapper reminds me of a premium Ecuadorian leaf with very fine veins. I gracefully torched and primed her before I held her to my lips. As soon as she touched my lips I started to salivate. After about the first inch I started to taste the deep rich soils of Nicaragua. The flavor that complimented the earthiness were that of fine Italian leather, paprika and Swiss dark chocolate. The ash was flaky grey and white and held for a couple of inches and of course I had to utilize my black ceramic gold accented Padron ashtray. The draw was medium and emitted generous amounts of white smoke. The essence of the smoke was a bouquet of tobacco bliss, which I find common with many Padron. This beauty lasted over 90 minutes and I tried to pace myself and not smoke it like a train. I maintained my patience so I would be able to fully enjoy the complex flavors. Towards the end the flavor changed up into cedar and pine. In my opinion this Latin queen is medium/full-bodied with a fine finish. I smoked her to the nub.

Review Notes: Bought two of these a while back and have been looking at them for a long time. Finally broke down and lit it up. Like all 1926 Padron's, this will not disappoint. Great gift for a true cigar lover as well.

Review Notes: I am a rookie smoker, and i too wanted to know what the supposed best was like.... Well I thought It was just that, The Best, Construction was great, burned perfectly the whole way thru, I really enjoyed the flavor, granted my palatte is not as trained as some of you veterans out there. As far as the price, I paid 25 so im not as price sensitive as some other folk. Overall I would have to say that Its the best cigar Ive ever smoked!

"Nice but wildly overpriced"

Review Notes: Truly a gorgeous cigar, but like a few of the other guys, I was left wondering "where's the beef?" both times I smoked one of these. The price performace ratio is as bad as any cigar I've had, although these are definately nice tasting cigars.
