Review Notes: After hearing so much about this cigar, I had to bite. I was impressed with it's flavors. There was a pepper, cocoa, coffee thing going on, which is always good in my book. Now regarding the price, well it is a bit steep, but then again for me this isn't an everyday cigar. The Padron 1926 can make a special occasion,just that more special.

Review Notes: Incredible! The 1926 Serie are the finest cigars I've smoked. The wrapper was a beautiful dark maduro, with nearly invisible veins and seams. The draw was just right. The ash was white, with a razor sharp burn. Plenty of creamy smoke. Flavors were earthy, toasted tobacco, with hints of coffee and dark chocolate.

Review Notes: I smoked a #6 back in December and described it as "Best cigar I've ever had. Maybe not my personal favorite, but definitely the best." I stand by that. A great cigar. Good flavor, great construction, good burn. I dry boxed the last one, but not this one and this one burned a little funny here and there, but evened up nicely. A little more pepper than I remember, but not too much. These cigars will always be too pricey for an every day smoke unless your last name is Gates or Buffet, but you can count on them to be a good stick when you drop the coin. Highly recommended!
