"Just Do It Seriously"

Review Notes: No matter what reviews you have read on this cigar, you just have to try it for yourself. It is not an everyday cigar but definitely worth the time and money. It begins with a moderate draw of spice mellowing out to a pleasant smell and taste of cedar, dark chocolate, black cherry and notes of earth. The constructions is outstanding. I was not crazy about the appearance but the taste was in the top 10 cigars that I have smoked. Just do it seriously

"Another Top Notch Padron"

Review Notes: I had some pretty hefty expectations for this stick. It is the first I had tried of the 26 line, and with all the accolades following this cigar, it had a lot to live up to. Like the 64, the 26 is a classy looking stick that catches ones attentions. Draw and Construction we impeccable. It burst with strong smoke that had strong hints of coffee. It held it's first ash nearly 1 3/4 inches, it began to settle in to that signature Padron balance. I thought I was in for another 64 experience when that smooth balance took over, but low and behold, it began to slowly gain depth just past half way. The major change I noticed started on a sweet note and moved to strengthen and move to a more dark chocolate-like note. When there was a little over an inch left, I decided I had experienced what was intended. I let the stick retire and basked it the slight hint of a 'gar buzz and wonderful aroma that lingered in my nose and on my hands. Simply said, I can't wait to do it again.

"Never Had a Padron I Didn't Like"

Review Notes: If I could afford it, I think I would smoke Padron on every occasion. This is one great cigar all the way through. Although, I think I enjoy the 64's just a little better. The appearance of every Padron 26 or 64 just tells you this is going to be a great smoke. Never have I had one burn unevenly or go out on me.

"An enjoyable smoke"

Review Notes: Not a complex smoke, but I found it enjoyable with my morning coffee. Great looks, draw and burn. Price is the only drawback here, other than lacking the flavor of the 1926 Maduros.

"One dimensional"

Review Notes: This was a major disappointment. Rated 97 by Cigar Aficiando? It had lots of smoke, burnt well and even- but only had a medium tobacco flavor- nothing else. No wood, spice or anything exceptional. These are one of those cigars rated by CA that makes one wonder if someone didn't buy the rating to improve sales. For $18 its simply not worth it.
