Review Notes: Good, but not as good as the maduro londres. Medium strength without a touch of harshness.

Review Notes: Average appearance, great construction . . . but lacking complexity and flavor, especially compared to the londres maduro, which has a marvelous sweetness to it. Perfect burn and a nice woody flavor were very consistant through the four of these I've smoked. Still, a very good cigar that's hard to beat for the $2.50 londres go for. The maduros, though, are top notch. I will let the last one of these naturals I have rest for a year to see if it improves as others have suggested.

Review Notes: this is a great cigar from tip to end. really packs a punch and lets you know why you smoke cigars to begin with !

Review Notes: The initial appearance of this cigar is not that great. There were some veins and the wrapper as a hole did not look smooth. However, once lit this cigar was very easy to draw and produced huge amounts of spicy, flavorful smoke. This cigar gave a decent buzz as well.

Review Notes: As I have previously stated in my other Padron reviews, these "standard line" Padron's compare quite favorably with the Anniversary line, when well aged. However, the maduros hold onto their flavors much longer than the naturals. Not the prettiest corona, a bit rustic looking. Some thin, but protruding veins. This has gotten mild in the seven years aging, since I bought the box. Although fairly mild, its a smooth and still quite fulfilling texture of smoke. Very good construction and burn. Leather overtones and traits of nuts, coffee, and cocoa. A very light undertone of bread dough. The flavors picked up drastically around 1/3 into the burn. However, I still think I actually may have over-aged these natural coronas! Next box of naturals, I will let rest about 2 1/2 years, and smoke them up over that next year or so. I have about 10 sticks left in this box. I will smoke about 7 or 8 in the next few months, and let the other 2 or 3 sticks sit for about 5 more years, and let's see what develops. Maybe they will make some kind of turn around in flavor. So stay tuned. I will review another one of these Padron londres in about 5 more years!
