Review Notes: This is a true cigar adventure. These huge cigars have excellent flavor profiles. That changes as you smoke. THis is a very smooth cigar.

Review Notes: my box is dated 06/07- green grass and some spice. needs some age. Good burn and milder than expected. Nothing spectacular.

Review Notes: The best there is? Yup. This is what every maker should compare their product to. The gold/platinum/diamond/whatever standard. I have yet to get one in the last 10 years with less than perfect wrapper, construction, draw, burn, ash, full smoke, wonderful flavor, etc., etc. This is a medium bodied, complex, spicy, mellow, aromatic, enticing, almost addictive smoke. My favorite, 'if you had to have only one' smoke, cost no object. Are there other great cigars? Cheaper? Yes, yes. But this is the one I turn to when I want to be indulgent. I won't even offer them to other smokers, except my wife who shares them with me accompanied by a Lagavulin 16 or Highland Park 18, on the patio watching the sunset. Selfish I know. Full disclosure: I buy them at full price myself when I don't get them cheap or free from an in-industry client.

Review Notes: Still the best in my point of vue. I enjoy a D4 or a D 1 edition limitada or a salommon...from time to time just to test my convictions.... and i come back to the king of kings LUSI....

Review Notes: i smoke some of these in germany and spain.very good construction with coffe and coco taste.some spice.first 3rd grassy,second develops dried coffee beans and choco,last 3rd spicier.complex very good smoke.
