Review Notes: This cigar is what smoking is about. Everything about this smoke was great Partagas should be proud about this one.

Review Notes: I rated this cigar about a month ago. Have not smoked it for a while, since had some other new Cuban arrivals, after coming back from Spain and England. Just had one after lunch with a cup of espresso and boy o boy, it is a true Partagas from good old days. I would like to stick to every single word I said in my previous rating. They are just fabulous robustos. Though I am more of a Churchill and Double Corona man, this beautiful robusto just knocked my socks off. Could not agree more with the latest rating of 94 in Cigar Aficionado

Review Notes: Came from a box of October 2000 and Sep. 2001. A dark and oily robusto that draws like a dream...earthy and woody, with leather and molasses notes with long somewhat spicy finish. It's medium to full bodied, with excellent ageing potential.. Compared to the production years prior to 2000 just keeps getting better.

Review Notes: A great draw that almost smokes itself..this robusto delivers spectacular flavors..I've had these with the wrappers a redish color and had them very dark..both excellent..notes of cocoa ..and rich smoke..always on My short list of must haves.

Review Notes: In my "top 5". Nothing special to look at. Little nutty/cedary/creamy. That great cuban aroma! Smoking through a box. No construction problems(so far).
