Review Notes:
I am not a big fan of coronas, usually prefering wider ring gauges, but I am absolutely enjoying this Paratagas. If you have read my other reviews, you may know that I save up some moolah, splurge, buy a variety of smokes, and age them. The Partagas I am smoking I bought about five years ago, and it is smooth and leathery, medium to full body. Traits of toast, nuts and grain. Perfect burn and ash. I recall when I first bought them, I did think they were a bit yucky. Perhaps that is why I am following three reviews that did not look upon these kindly, and giving them a good report. These Partagas coronas have aged superbly.

Review Notes:
After I smoked this cigar, I felt the same way I felt after I saw the movie THE HULK. If you've seen it, you'll know what I mean... As a big fan of Partagas, I was expecting a little more with this cigar, but I found it didn't do much for me. Add that to the hefty price and what you have is a loser.

Review Notes:
I must have had high expectations when pulling this cigar out. I got it in a sampler and only had one, so this review may not be fair. This cigar looked really good. Construction was great and the smell was good. When I lit it up, it released an aroma that made me tingle in anticipation for a really good smoke. Now it may have needed some more time in the 'dor, but it had dry earthy tones to it. It did taste consistant throughout, although I was hoping for a change. The taste got a bit boring. Nothing really bad tasting about it, but it surely wasn't anything special. I'm not impressed and it will take another sampler with one of these in it to get me to smoke another one.

Review Notes:
Yes, I threw it away, and I NEVER throw cigars away. I guess you could say that made it a first-time experience for me. Appearance was gorgeous, but as soon as I lit it, this cigar tasted like fingernail polish. I kept hoping it would go away, but this nasty taste just hung on. So at the halfway point I just gave up and tossed it. Nothing in its appearance looked like something would be so wrong, but it simply could not be ignored. I won't try another.

Review Notes:
Flavor is a little boring (although it did remain consistant from start to finish) and the draw a little too tight for my taste.
