Review Notes: This is becoming one of my favorite cigars. It has an incredible aromatic sweet flavor that develops beautifully towards the end. It is unlike any others I've tried. Every time I smoke one, I don't want it to end. I will have quite a few burnt fingers from this cigar.

"THe best NC Partagas?"

Review Notes: I think this is the best Partagas outside of cuba. Sure ive had 150s and 160s that compared but for a basic, almost seemingly generic cigar from General, its smokes with great pride and personality. THis is not the bland generic Partagas im used to. With Altadis and General you slowly stop caring... every Hoyo and Upmann taste so bland, mass produced no time invested. this cigar stands out though. THe blend coplements the Cameroon wrapper and the dramatic size inhances its opening and close. for 80 bucks a box, i freakin love this cigar.

"Mexican Cammy"

Review Notes: Quite the combo! It was great to look at, the draw was consistent, the flavor was smooth throughout, and it stayed lit. However, the wrapper did come a bit loose about midway through. That could have been my fault as I was wearing winter gloves, being that it was well below freezing. I'll definitely be having another one soon.

"Better than I expected from reviews"

Review Notes: Cameroon is my theme for this month, and so this beauty was a natural to try. What a beautiful cigar: silky, oily, fantastically put together and solid solid solid. The draw was a little tight for my taste but within acceptable range. Flavor-wise it was classic Cameroon if a littl to the sour side. . .maybe needing more time in the humi. When it comes down to it, my experience was better than those of other reviewers here, but still not match for a Hemingway or Torano 1916. Certainly worth another try.

"Pretty cigar"

Review Notes: I picked up one of these cigars from the local store. Gorgeous cigar with a firm construction. Only problem was that the wrapper was a little loose in one spot. Initial light and puff wielded a vicious mouth implosion (tough draw). Cut off more cap, but didn't help. Draw opened up after about 1.5-2 inches, but still tight. Medium-Full body. Taste was sweet with sweet spices. This was a nice change of pace from the cheap cigars I normally smoke, but this taste did not change until about 1.5 inches left. Then it was nice and full-bodied peppery (FANTASTIC FINISH!). The burn was straight as an arrow, except at a few spots where it soon corrected itself. For me this cigar is pretty and tastes pretty, but took too long to develop. I wouldn't refuse another as a gift, but I won't fork out the dough for another.
