Review Notes: This was a very smooth, creamy, enjoyable cigar. I've had it in a 62-64% humidor for about two years now and the rest has been good. I really enjoyed this and look forward to the rest of them that I have. It's not cheap, but a good option for special times.

Review Notes: This is my first smoke of the cameroon. Recently had the maduro and was a chocolate blast! This version was well-made, but with several green splotches on the wrapper. The aluminum tubo was a great presentation for the cigar making it appear super-premium and exotic. Burn was great with decent smoke. First third was mild with no real flavors. Second third was sweetness squared! Flavorful and never harsh or bitter. Final third was stronger to medium body with more richness paired with the sweet flavors. Perfect for the afternoon after a nice lunch/brunch. Overall, a very nice smoke. Pricey, but nice for special occasions.

Review Notes: I have smoked a few of this ESV '91 series in nat (connecticut shade) wrapper and enjoyed them but thought they were quite overpriced. When I was looking around the last time in my local, I saw the maduros and tubos in this line. Apparently the tubos sport Cameroon wrappers and the maduros sun-grown wrappers. I picked up a brace of these tubos. Not cheap, but my local has them for about the same price I can get them online. The presentation is gorgeous, if fact I know of no other tubo NC that looks this nice, they're almost as nice as the Siglo VI tubes. So they're pretty tubes .... but what’s inside? For 13 and a half bucks I'm expecting a spectacular smoke. They’re in the price range of VSGs and Padron 64s in my local shop. The OVS1S grade genuine African Cameroon wrapper smells nice, looks nice, a water spot or two, light tooth, filler has some dried fruit character. Cap is adequate, decent not spectacular. I smoked this and thought the entire time at how overpriced it was. $13.50 for a good 5 dollar cigar. Like many Cameroon wrappers I have smoked it started unraveling part way down. I liked the taste in the second half better than the first, some pepper, sweet nutty taste but also somewhat harsh. I like the natural wrapper cigars in this series but these are wildly overpriced. I wish I could have given a better rating, in fact I smoked a second cigar 30 minutes after the first to see if maybe I got a bad one. Same conclusion .... I should have bought a Padron 64 or VSG instead. Disappointing.
