Review Notes:
Great looking smoke with smooth wrapper and no major veins. Produced lots of smoke and burn was even. Construction was top tier. Flavors are mild and quite enjoyable. Notes are sweet, caramel, mild pepper, and sugar. Wasn't harsh even in the last third. I'd definitely try these again. More of a daytime smoke.

Review Notes:
While the construction and appearance were both top notch, I must agree with Connoisseur in that the flavor was lacking; tasted more of a mild wheat flavor. I myself am a fan of the mild/medium bodied cigars, and while this cigar was certainly mild, it left out too much flavor. Burn was excellent, as was draw, very easy smoking, however definitely not my favorite by far. In addition, it would have been nicer to have this robusto in a "regular" 50 ring as it did seem a bit unwieldy. IMHO, the CAO Gold far surpasses the Perdomo Reserve Champagne in terms of flavor and value. I guess for the price I paid, it was tolerable but certainly not worth more.

Review Notes:
I am not sure why so much hype surrounds this cigar. I had been anxiously awaiting this smoke, letting it sit in the humi for a good 5 months before trying it. It is is beautiful cigar - silky conn. wrapper with no flaws. Great draw that burned well. That is about where the goodness stops. The cigar is very palatable, and i smoked the thing to the nub. Unfortunately most of that time was spent hunting for more flavor. This thing is almost flavorless!! Now i do enjoy mild cigars, but the strongest flavor I could get out of it was a lightly toasted bread. No nuttiness, not creamy, nothing. Go get yourself a 5 Vegas Gold if you want to try what this cigar should be.

Review Notes:
I purchased one of these on a whim after a recommendation from the employee from the cigar shop, and after smoking it immediately returned to pick up an entire box. After smoking about ten of them, I can say this is one of my favorite cigars of all time. Mild-to-medium bodied, smooth, creamy and rich. Construction is excellent, and the draw and smoke production is among the best I have experienced. Do yourself a favor and try one as soon as you can.

Review Notes:
Everyone else already did a great job with the reviews of this cigar, and they're right on the money. It's creamy, has a great draw, is fairly mild (the upper end of mild, perhaps), and sends up enough smoke that you could send smoke signals with it. The burn was fantastic. The best part of this cigar might be the band though. It's gorgeous!
