Review Notes: Love the shape of this stogie. Bought a few for $3 from a box on the floor at tabacalera perdomo humidor in miami. after three months in humidor, prelight appearance- a dark square pressed cigar with beautiful dark wrapper and the torfecto shape. clipped and lit, the draw was perfect. i find figured cigars smoke better if one is patient with them, and this was no exception. when one is burning unevenly, i slow down a bit. i agree with those describing peppery flavor. i find this a pleasant one, which has mellowed somewhat in the second quarter. unlike some others i like the flavor of this blend, but after half the cigar the flavor has remained one dimensional. the strength has moved from medium to medium full in the second half. definite nic kick. not the most complex smoke ever, but enjoyable to the end.

Review Notes: I agree with RedBeard. These sticks deserve better. Although peppery in flavor it wasn't the kind of pepper that gets to the back of your throat. Smooth creamy pepper with some earth and leather. I liked the shape, burn, and draw (just a tad tight) Won a fiver for $10. At that price a 9 in value. At the MSRP of $6, this Prince of Frugality (ie. cheapskate), wouldn't like this nearly as much.

Review Notes: After sitting in my dor for a few months, i decided to try one again. It wasn't quite as good this time around. The first quarter was a bit sour, but it got better. Medium to full bodied, peppery, cedary, and a nice nutty, leathery finish. I like the shape as well, very well made and unique.

Review Notes: I like this smoke a lot. It's very tasty and has very good construction with a decent ash. I can't understand the low rating, but everyone's taste is different. I like the shape and the nice slow burn. It has a nice espresso taste and a sweet spice to it. I really enjoyed the peppery spice taste to it a lot.

Review Notes: Tightly rolled cigar, good appearance, smooth burn, good draw, spicier than expected. Definitely will smoke more at the price of $2 at auction.
