Review Notes: I don't remember how much I paid for this, but I'm sure it wasn't much. Appearance was ineteresting; nice reddish color, but with prominent veins that were yellow. I could best describe it as looking like a bad paint job. Pre-light aroma was nice; dark, chewy tobacco aroma. The head of the cigar was overfilled, so I had to lop a good bit of off it in order to get a proper draw. Once I did this, the draw was just right. The burn was even through the first third of the cigar, but then developed a runner that lasted the rest of the way through the stick. It started off a tad earthy with a little bit of a hay flavor, and to be honest, it really wasn't interesting. About a third of the way through, it developed a flavor of coffe/cinnamon that was pretty enjoyable, but very, very mild. Not to the point of faint, but definitely not strong enough to really make the flavor stand out. It continued on that way for the rest of the session. All in all, it wasn't a bad smoke, though not particularly memorable. i would describe this as a "Yard 'Gar Plus." Since you can get these on the cheap, I would definitely classify them as a good value, but I wouldn't pay over $3 in a B&M for one.

Review Notes: pre-light, this is a good looking and smelling cigar. the initial puffs on this were nice, as well. It had a sweet flavor, not unlike some AF's that I've had in the past. Unfortunately, as I continued my smoke, the flavor deterioriated, not to a horrible level, but much less than the original puffs had given me. Also, construction-wise the cigar was hit or miss ... I need to adjust it multiple times to try to keep the burn even. Overall, for about $1.4 / stick, this is a good buy - I just wish I'd gone with the 5-pack instead of the box ...

Review Notes: Got these for under $3 per stick. These look great, but of course lack the elite ring label. What a great value. Got a box since they were so cheap. Burns nicely. Flavor is not very strong, but not completely bland, so if you want to get some friends into the habit of enjoying cigars, this is a nice intro. These are large cigars. Lots of smoke. I recommend these if you're a value smoker that needs to load up your humidor with good-looking sticks to share with casual smokers.
