Review Notes: (This is old Honduran PI variety.) Smokes like Puros Indios' long lost second cousin... there's a family resemblance: a familiar nutty, slightly sweet flavor. Worthwhile for the price, which is next to nothing. The first half is great, but it goes downhill from there. Roly aficionados will appreciate the price to quality ratio. A decent bargain smoke at around a buck on Cbid.

Review Notes: Bid at an auction site CB. Won 3 packs of these pirates gold, but CB only sent 1 5-pack, CB said they didn't have anymore in stock. Yea right. Well, I bet some of the guys that work there figured out how good a smoke this cigar is. After smoking my first one last night I am just a little angry that I did not get my full order that i bid and won. Seems like a little bit of a rip-off by Cigarbid. Too bad cause the cigar is great. Cigarbid going downhill

Review Notes: I got these at a huge discount online. Wow what a deal it was! I went into the cigar not expecting to be won over. I was wrong... turns out that the case I bought just did not last long enough. Cheesey name... yes... Wonderful mild smoke with a good taste... definately... I say go for it!

Review Notes: The name and logo on the box and bands made me smirk, shrug, and try one. I'm glad I liked them because I had just bought a box of 20. The first thing I noticed about this cigar is how naturally it fits the hand, moreso than any other cigar. The wrapper and colors are expertly assembled and gorgeous. The sturdy grey ash and easy draw accompany a warm burn that stays even. I should write something lame like "Full Flavor Ahoy" or a ditty about walking the plank, but it seems pointless now. If I recall, didn't Blackbeard the Pirate put cigars in his beard to scare those whose ships he boarded? The construction is flawless, and the box made a nice giveaway. WARNING: This cigar will lead to a full evening of Pirate jokes, which get funnier with the addition of rum.

Review Notes: A pretty, shiny brown naturally maduro wrapper. This cigar is the goods! Medium to full bodied w/a nice building spice tone & lots of barnyard earthiness. This stick just gets better & better as you smoke it, with a complex buffet of flavor & aroma. The draw is a bit firm. This is the Honduran version on closeout. Some were made in the D.R. & weren't as good.
