Review Notes:
I am a fan of Punch cigars, and this has that Punch taste to it. However, it also has a predominant charred oak taste with hints of leather and a solid tobacco flavor. I found this cigar to be a little one dimensional, which is bad for such a large stick. The charred wood flavor overpowered the other Punch flavors that I enjoy. The construction was really good; however, it did need some touch-ups after the 2/3 point. I"ll probably let the rest set in the box and try them after some more aging.

Review Notes:
Bought a 5-pack of these 3 months ago and this is my 4th one. This is one great maduro; very well balanced. Shows a slightly toothy veiny and oily dark brown wrapper. Has a very solid, heavy feel. Luscious pre-light aromas of dark fermented tobacco, leather and red cedar. Draw seemed a tad tight, but burn was perfect throughout; even and razor sharp. Maintained a long, tightly layered light gray ash. Full, rich flavors that never become harsh or too overwhelming. Shows off lots of leather, dark chocolate, charred cedar and some slightly sweet espresso and heavy cream. A nice, slow burn which resulted in a good 90 min. smoke. Great flavor and aroma right down to the nub. Have a hunch these would age real well for a year or more if you can make 'em last.

Review Notes:
I have smoked these wonderful cigars straight out of the box, and also after aging for different periods. Any way you cut it, these smokes always burn well, have a nice even ash, and most importantly, are always full of rich, wonderful full bodied flavor. In my cigar rotation they are the big ones I favor, when I have time to smoke it for over an hour. As a note, these cigars develop a great aroma as they age - I think the sign of great tobacco.

Review Notes:
I had one of these as a sampler deal that I bought. I had some reservations as I had a box of Punch After Dinner and I thought that they sucked. This was a very good cigar with a mellow flavor, good draw and a perfect burn. The flavor was good but can't compare to the Punch Puro or Rare Corojo sticks they put out. I wouldn't go out of my way to buy one of these but it was decent.

Review Notes:
Really nice looking smoke. Found it to be mild and not as flavorful as I expected.
