Review Notes: This cigar has that distinct Rolando Reyes flavor profile and i'm glade it did. I enjoy his smokes, and this one is IMHO another very good smoke. As you can tell by now Rolando dosen't care that much about pretty than he does about how it taste. And with me THAT is the single most important thing I look for in a smoke FLAVOR. This one isn't pretty but taste great. Nutty peppery, cedar and some coffee and spice. Construction is again with PI not a problem at all. It really is a pretty good smoke.

Review Notes: This draw was too tight. I punched and cut deep beyond the cap and it did not seem to help. Hints of spice and pepper. The finish was short and dry. This cigar was lacking in more than one way to make me want to buy more.

Review Notes: A very streaky wrapper with good construction. The foot lit well and burn very even with no harsh flavor. With notes of a sweet wood and some toast. This is not a bad medium bodied stick.

"Like a greased pig."

Review Notes: The wrapper is dark & oily. I didn't think this cigar was ugly at all. There was an interesting fresh pre-light flavor. Intense & myriad flavors romp on the palate. In the 1st 3rd, there were some nice intense highs in the sinus, & notes of cinnamon in the nose upon exhaling. My well loved barnyard was present also. In fact....it was as if I had my nose buried in the south end of a north bound cow. About 1/3 in, the flavor profile changes abruptly, with a developing earthy must & some floral tones. the last 3rd is somewhat like the 1st 3rd, but the spice tone is even more intense. That cow sticks it's butt in my face again too. Keeping up with the changing flavors in this cigar is kind of like trying to catch a greased pig. The draw was ok, but there were some slight burn issues. I liked it. Could you tell?

"Got what I expected - Loved It"

Review Notes: I've smoked and enjoyed Puros Indios cigars for awhile. This one was another good one. Ususal complaints: wrapper had several blemishes, and draw was very tight for the first third. It packed the same wild assortment of Puros Indios flavors - Nuts, pepper, cedar, cinnamon, espresso, leather with a little stronger kick than the standard Puros Indios line. Not as nutty as the standard Puros Indios, and I missed that flavor. All in all better than a standard Puros Indios. Too bad I have to be honest about the 'Appearance' score, I'd buy one of these with the tight draw and ugly wrapper before a perfectly constructed no-flavor cigar.
