"Lovely"

Review Notes: It looks very good with a colorado wrapper, construction is very good with the right resistance to the pinch, no soft spots. Pre-light draw is very good and somewhat earthy. After lighting, billows of smoke come out when drawing, aroma is nutty. Flavors are indeed excellent including different kinds of woods and cedar, bitter cherries, tangy cuban spices with a great evolution up to a crescendo of stronger flavors in the grand finale. Medium bodied, It is definitely a worthwile cigar!

"Dig em a lot!"

Review Notes: As I become more experienced, I'm really enjoying the cuban churchill size. It's not too fat and long enough to be a terrific reward without taking up your whole afternoon or evening. That said, these are my favorite in the format. Good looking, usually well-built (which is rare for Cubans), and they taste great. Not to mention the oohs and aahs when you gift someone a tubo who normally doesn't get to smoke a Cuban. The smoke is meaty and peppery to me, with a cedar base. Like smoking a great steak. I swear, it even gets a little salty sometimes. Not a whole lot of dynamic flavor changes, but I wouldn't call it one-dimensional. I enjoy the flavors and so I won't complain about that. The aroma is lovely and soothing. Cedary, sweet, floral, and elegant. A cigar to be savored for an hour or longer. I rate these a fairly consistent 85-90. Highly recommended, but pricey (as any Cuban will be).

Review Notes: This is an outstanding cigar. smoked about 7 so far and I was never dissapointed! Great flavor... Great spicy draw with sweet notes. Some of the cigars were a little tight on the draw! Middle cigar surprise with notes of earth and cedar... Smoked one with a couple of friends and the auroma turned heads..! Wow.. great smoke..!

"Smooth and fragrant"

Review Notes: The draw was a little tough on this one, but otherwise the construction was very good. A slow burning smoke with an exquisite aroma -- trademark RyJ floral notes over a base of cedar. Not too much complexity, aside from an earthy transition in the last third. A great leisurely smoke if you have two hours to spare.
