Review Notes: Great presentation: liked the look of the gold foil. Construction appearance was good. Pre-light aroma was fine. Pre-light draw was pretty decent. The smoking experience was terrible. Wrap was very loose. Taste was terrible. Aroma was awful. Left a terrible after taste in my mouth that lasted for a long time. first .5" was bad. first 1" was bad. It didn't get better either. I smoked first 3rd and then ended the misery. Unfortunately I have one more of these. I may give it to some unsuspecting sap this weekend when he is drunk of his can and won't know the difference.

Review Notes: Im glad to see the Churchill size in the line has a 9.0+ rating with a good amount of reviews. i think the robusto deserves the same. this redish smoke has a very unique twist, a slight citrusy sweetness backed by a more solid sweet and earthyness. unqiue, extremley fun to smoke with a really strange hate it or lovie it, kind of twist

Review Notes: Several people have recommended this cigar to me and I finally smoked one a few nights ago. It reminded me of a Cusano Corojo with a great burn with lots of corojo flavor. The smoke was spicy and med/full in flavor.

"Nice presentation. Poor construction."

Review Notes: A well presented cigar in it's shiny yellow/gold foil and nice artwork on the double wrapper. Peeling off the foil I noticed a nice deep reddish brown Nicarauguan wrapper. All downhill from here. The Cigar felt a bit soft and mushy in a couple of spots. Prelight aroma was nice. The flavor, when I could notice it, was a sweet tobacco with a few notes of wood and spice. However, the big drawback was the uneven burn and loose draw making this stick smoke very hot which overpowered any of the smoothness of the sweet tobacco. Terrible hot and harsh aftertaste. At an MSRP of $5 I'd recommend staying away unless you can get these cheaply and age them a bit (mine had been in the box for about 4 months). You might get lucky as there could be some decent flavors when they are not smoking hot.

"Pretty, but that's it"

Review Notes: Wrapped in gold foil paper, the cigar inside is dark and oily; it's nice-looking and doesn't have to be kept under wraps. There's plenty to sink your teeth into as it's thicker than most robustos. While it has a decent burn, it has a firm draw producing just a wispy amount of smoke. It has a mostly sweet, burnt coffee taste and a short finish. Mild to medium in body, with absolutlely zero cigar buzz afterwards. It's smokable but not among the best.
