Review Notes:
This lancero has excellent construction, with good draw and even burn. The flavors were excellent. The first 2/3 exhibited coffee notes, a touch of spice, and a smooth creamy finish. The last 1/3 was quite tasty and expressed a smooth espresso like character. I smoked it down to the nub. Delicious

Review Notes:
I had high expectation, I admit it. When I got my hands on one of these hyped up cigars I was ecstatic, even though I paid $13. Anyone could tell that this was a quality smoke just by holding it. It was somewhat of a letdown that I smoked the whole thing in 30 minutes. A larger ring gauge would probably be a dream smoke. I could launch into character of this cigar, but I won't...you need to experience this one, like a fine Cuban Cohiba.
P.S. This blend was AS good as any Cohiba I have ever smoked...pure excellence.

Review Notes:
Aged it for about 3 months at 65% humidity. I think I should have rested it at 60%, as the draw was slightly tight, but not really a problem. Nevertheless, the taste was just incredible. One of the few cigars I would actually pay over $10 to acquire. Next time I will follow the 60% storage advice a few people have mentioned.

Review Notes:
This is the third of a 5-pack I got from an online retailer. First example was so tight I was tempted to tap it against a table to see if it made a dull "thunk"... it was under- humidified and under-aged, so it was acrid with distinct amonia tastes and aromas. Aged a wee bit, ~6 months (nothing, really) and the second was minimally better. GREAT taste, construction, and strength, but the ammonia made it less than its potential. This example? Aged over a year (again, not THAT long, but better than nothing), then dry-boxed after aging at 65%. Simply put, an AWESOME cigar, tremendous plume & oils, strong flavor but not offensive (for me, at least) of strong coffee/ espresso and a hearty/ earthy savory-spice I couldn't quite place.
