Review Notes: I don't know what it is but, ever since i've joined this site, I've had great luck with picking cigars. This one was another great cigar for me. Very earthy and smooth. Love it, a little pricey though.

Review Notes: This cigar had a little over a year on it and was great. Flawless construction, lots of smoke, perfect draw. Lots of pepper and spice, but not overpowering. Creamy nutty taste on the finish, would like to see the price come down though.

Review Notes: This is a very good looking oily toro. The wrapper is a very dark brown with an oily sheen. The bunching is solid and uniform throughout. The band is a simple brown ring with Tatuaje written in script. Prelight aroma is feint with an initial draw providing just a slight tobacco taste with a touch of spice. The initial puffs provided a surprisingly smooth taste of wood and tobacco. There is no initial burst of pepper or spice, just a smooth tobacco with a touch of underlying floral taste on the finish. The finish is short and light with smooth woody and floral notes. Both draw and smoke volume are very good. The smoke is not thick and coating but it is tasty and smooth. Past the half-way point, the cigar has increased slightly in intensity. There is now a touch of spice and some zestiness on the tongue. The predominant flavor is still a woody characteristic and there is still a slight floral undertone. The finish is still short and clean. Going into the last third, this cigar has definitely progressed. The increase in intensity and spice is still subtle, but definitely more pronounced than at the begining. The cigar burned very straight with a solid light gray ash. The aroma is light and slightly sweet with some cocoa scents. This cigar has a fantastic smoothness while still having a medium body. You could easily smokes these all day long (if you could afford them). As I progress through the 2nd third the woodiness has picked up a bit. I keep saying to myself, that I was expecting more from this cigar. Iím thoroughly enjoying it, but the hype must have made me expect something more complex and possibly stronger in body. This is a more subtle smoke. Smooth and solid medium in body. This cigar burned perfectly the whole way through. It provided a nice rich medium bodied flavor and is medium strength. Overall its very enjoyable, not harsh in the least bit. Very smooth and top quality. However, I think it would be more suited for an afternoon smoke, where the Don Pepin Blue labels and JJ provide a bit more of a satisfying evening smoke.

Review Notes: They construct some fine cigars down in Miami, which is this cigar's best quality. I really like the color, cap, and draw it had to offer, which made the smoke all the more enjoyable. This is probably the best "American" cigar I have ever had. Definitely worth the money to try one.
