"Suprisingly good"

Review Notes: This is an excellently constructed and beautifully wrapped medium-dark cigar. It feels excellent in your hand. Light was perfect, with a bit of a flaky ash that held on to about an inch. Lots of subtle woody and spice tones make this medium bodied cigar. I smoked this on my porch, but would make a great 9 holes of golf cigar. I was very suprised by its even draw and smooth finish to the wrapped. I never had to relight it. I bought two, but I am going to buy a box for friends who come over. It is a cigar that will impress but not break the bank. Try it.

"Solid Smoke"

Review Notes: I planned on aging these a bit but thought I'd get "before" test in. Hey, not bad at all. A solid smoke. It got a bit bitter with a couple inches left so set it down. A little age should cure that. Burned as straight as an arrow. I enjoyed this cigar. Very nice.

Review Notes: The Trilogy Torpedo remains an excellent smoke and if anything the prices have gone down on C-bid and other discounters. If this is "Old School," Then call me "Old School".

"Beautiful gar."

Review Notes: This is definitely in my top 5 best looking cigar wrappers. Beautiful deep brown and oily leaf is something to behold. The flavor and strength is adequate for the first inch then you notice a peppery sensation on the tongue and the nostrils. Yes, business is picking up. The leathery corojo blends well with the pepper then with the spice that replaces the pepper around halfway. Although not a "strong" cigar it is strong enough, the flavor is good and the price is right. A solid smoke.

"Suprisingly Wonderful."

Review Notes: Fantastic experience with this cigar last night. I thought for sure Alec Bradley was trying to pull a fast one by making an interesting tri-press shape as a gimmick to move poorly blended sticks. Based on last night's hour and a half smoking experience he is not. The flavor of this "Authentic Corojo" (whatever that is supposed to mean) was a soft, buttery, creamy, slightly sweet tobacco base with some nice, tasty molasses spice bursts all throughout. I found this on the mild side of medium in body, but still very satisfying. No lingering nasty aftertaste. Drew perfectly with a slightly uneven burn that wasn't aggravating. I'd definitely buy more of these especially since they are going for 2.25/stick or so by the box. I think I had this stick in the box for a year. I have no idea what I paid. The cigar fairy brought this to me in a sampler. (I think?) I'll enter $3 for PP. These are probably not for the ultra full crowd.
