"A Very Good Discovery"

Review Notes: I don't know if they still make these cigars, but I fished one out of my humidor and it rewarded me with a very pleasant smoking experience. As I hiked around a couple of lakes in West Virginia with the black dogs, I discovered that the V Centennial Churchill is still a tasty stick with a salty, creamy flavor and lots of smoke. When I remember that I paid a little less than two bucks each for these over three years ago I felt like it was a good investment.

"Better than robusto"

Review Notes: I tried this size to see if it made a difference verses the robusto size I had a couple months ago and I have to say it DOES make a difference. It is not spectacular still, but at least the bitterness factor was less and the cigar seemed to hold together much better. The flavor was light, but not unplesant. I'd say that this is ok for a 2 dollar smoke. I would not go and fill up my humidor with them though.

Review Notes: I find this cigar a bargain at less than a dollar. Cigars International is offering them at $45 for a bundle of 50 (not 20 or 25 ... 50 cigars) Looks very much like an Ashton Aged Maduro. Nice roll and draw. A complexity of flavorful, leathery smoke. Traits of cocoa, coffee, nuts and a hint of fruit and toast. Not nearly as smooth as the Ashton, but one should not expect $9 quality at less than a buck. There is a teeny, tiny bit of harshness on the finish at the first quarter, but not nearly enough to ruin a nice smoking experience. About a quarter of the way down, it smooths down, and the afterbite dissipates. If you are looking for a decent to good cigar at a more than fair price, pick up a bundle.

Review Notes: This is a good everyday smoke. Solid construction and decent appearance. Smooth draw, but had a little harsh finish. Can't complain for the price ($1 a piece).

"Impressive for the $$$"

Review Notes: My humidor was getting low so I was in the market for a cheap decent everyday smoke....joecigar.com had a great special and I decided to take a chance after reading some good reviews here...30 bucks for 50 cigars for the 7.0 x 50 size and no tax..thats right sixty cents a piece! At that price i wasnt expecting much but was very pleasantly surprised...they have good construction...a nice even burn...good draw...and best of all they taste good...a little spicy just like I like em..plus no bad aftertaste....highly reccomended for the price..much better than the bundles of trinidad y cia and jr. cuban alternatives i picked up a while ago....cheap and good
