Review Notes: I let this stick sit for a couple months in my humidor at 70% 65-75 degrees. It was slightly sweet before, and now it was noticably sweet. The wrapper also firmed up and gained some fortitude. An improvement in tow months should mean a superb cigar in a year or so.

Review Notes: Chemical tasting? Dang...I'd try another from a different distributor. I'm not saying that this the best Rocky made cigar out there, but it is definately not a bad one. It is superbly made, but the tobaccos used to creat this corojo are pretty light weight in the sense that they will lose their identity easily if stored improperly. I've had similar experiences when I stored cigars in an uneven humidity level or with other more powerful cigars. Keep the light weights with the other light weigts and then away from any other contaminants and they will be fine in most cases. This may taste like a medium cigar, but I've found them to be very sensitive to outside influence. Hoyo and A Feunte are the only cigars that I've found can withstand just about anything.

Review Notes: Started well but it got very strange tasting within the first inch or so. . .chemically or something. This is my first Rocky-designed product that completely fails to satisfy on any level.

Review Notes: The construction on this stick was good... nice cap... burn was good and draw was easy. This smoke started out decent with a nice zesty flavor, which is to be expected of most corojo's. However, this smoke was average at best and one-dimensional. It had a slightly sweet taste along with loads of hearty tobacco flavor, but never really went anywhere. Typical of every non-Vintage Rocky Patel I have smoked, this one went south after the halfway mark; I gave up on it about 65% of the way through as the flavor just became a boring ashy, bland tobacco taste. The one thing I disliked about this stick was the wrapper. It was dry and lacked flavor; probably stock Conneticut shade. It's dryness made the cigar slightly uncomfortable to my lips. It took lots of saliva to soften it up. Overall, an average, slightly sweet corojo... just nothing to write home about.

"Toasty"

Review Notes: This was not a bad smoke, with lots of oil on the wrapper and little to no veins. The construction was good and cap cut event. The foot lit even and burned with no soft spots to slow it down. The taste was medium to full and had lots of toasty wood notes with a earthy finish not a bad stick for being a new cigar in the crowd.
