Jose Seijas, Master Blender of Tabacalera de Garcia and maker of many of the world's most sought after cigars, such as H. Upmann, Montecristo, Romeo & Julieta and Trinidad, has created the exquisite cigars from small lots of choice, aged tobaccos that he has set aside for his personal use.
