Review Notes: In a word: outstanding! This is a great maduro all the way through. Flavors of cocoa and almond with a slight spice and creamy caramel smoke, kind of like a Mars bar if you will. Great burn, construction and consistency even though the wrapper is very delicate. I found a punch works best so it won't get damaged. I'm glad I finally tried these, but I am going to let these babies sleep for a while 'cuz I think they'll get even better. For a triple ligero, there really isn't much in the way of power or overbearing spice - medium at best in my opinion. If you're looking for ligero punch, I'd go with La Flor Dominicana Double Ligero Oscuro instead. What this one does offer however, is a deliciously unique flavor profile that I have yet to find in any other line. Highly recommended even for novice smokers.
