Review Notes: The wrapper is billed as a Sumatra grown in Ecuador. No problem there; Rocky really knows how to use Sumatra wrapper leaf. The wrapper is also supposed to be oily, but mine are very dry looking. Its construction is excellent anyway you slice it, resulting in a perfect burn and draw. The flavor is on the strong side of medium, and it's a nice flavor, but perhaps not as dynamic as some aficionados might prefer. It leans toward cedar with a little salt and a touch of white pepper that goes well with coffee and maybe tea as well. With body on the mild side of medium, I found the ITC 10th a good morning cigar.
