Review Notes: I don’t remember when these first came out but I’ve wanted to try one for a long time. Finally I gave in to the thought that “this can’t be as good as advertised.” And bought one. I was right! It looks great, hell its a Montecristo, it should look good and the construction was fine, maybe a little to loose but the taste was….well…..gone! Wasn’t bad, wasn’t good, wasn’t anything. The Monty Afrique although more full bodied, is soooo much more flavorful than this cigar. Yes I know it’s supposed to be a mild stick but flavor is NOT against the law. These should be about $3.00 a piece. At that price they are asking for…no thank you.
