Review Notes: Iím up-grading my first review. Last night I sat down and lit the first one of these smoked in a couple of months. With probably 6 months in the humi this thing sings! Itís more like eating candy than smoking a cigar. From the pre-taste and light to the reluctant end I enjoyed this stick. The band is typically where I begin to get REAL tired of most sticks but with this cigar I felt like I had just begun. Coffee, cocoa, vanilla? (Yeah, I know I hate hearing crap like this too) were all flavors inside a mellow/smooth cigar with more smoke than should be legal. My only complaint and trust me it can be lived with is the almost weird way it just would go out a couple of times. One moment it was lit the next it was not. Re-lighting was a breeze though. You have to give this stick a try, itís very good.

Review Notes: I had never tried a Rocky Patel product so when the opportunity to pick up five of these from CBid for 3 bucks ea. came up I reluctantly pulled the trigger. What a wonderful, medium bodied aromatic cigar this is, not only to smoke, but also to look at. A very dark oily wrapper with an almost perfect complexion and square pressed giving this stick additional character. The draw was just right and the burn incredibly even for the environment I was in (wind) This is a very slow burning cigar, taking me well over 70 minutes to absorb but it never got hot, provided massive amounts of smoke and an incredibly tasty smoking experience. Cocoa, coffee, vanilla, pepper and spice were all noticeable flavors associated with this stick. I had to relight twice but once was my fault and unfortunately the wrapper at the head of the stick needed to be clipped so it would not hang up in my mouth. My guess is this is an extreme rarity because the balance of the sticks construction was superb. I can only imagine how much better these are going to be after a few months in the humi. If you are searching for another near perfect cigar that costs less than $5 bucks here is one that comes mighty close. Will I buy more of these? Yep!
