Review Notes: Bought a box because they were on sale at JRs. Thought I'd give 'em a try since I really enjoyed the Cuban version. I'm a maduro lover, so I rarely keep these in my box. Smoked a few this past summer, and was disappointed…a bit on the bitter side. Broke one out last weekend, while trying to decide weather to pitch ‘em or keep ‘em (needed to make room in my box), and was pleasantly surprised. All they needed was a bit of aging. With a bit of TLC, the last 4 or 5 I’ve smoked remind a lot of its Cuban brother. If you have room to age them for at least 6-9 months, I would recommend.
