Review Notes: I was surprised by the enormous vein running down mine. I would much prefer if they didn't package this with the cedar wrapped around it so I could see this monstrosity running the length of my smoke but I got over it. The draw was easy(which I enjoy) and the flavor was only slightly below expectation but I will say that it got much better past the halfway mark. I smoked this until my fingers burned to get that last little bit of creamy smoke.
