Review Notes: Last month I posted a review about my disappointment with this highly rated cigar. That one had soft spots and the flavor was very disappointing... it didn't seem like a Bolivar. I'd picked it up at a newsstand and suspect it may have been a counterfeit. I picked up another at my favorite cigar shop in the city. The wrapper was a thing of beauty. Great construction. It had all the complexity of flavors I've come to associate with the Bolivar brand. A truly enjoyable smoke.

Review Notes: I tried this cigar based upon the great reviews. My previous review wasn't very good, based upon a cigar that was loosely wrapped with a blistered wrapper. I purchased it from an international magazine stand and am wondering if it may have been a fake. I think it warrants another try, purchased from my cigar shop in the city.

Review Notes: The draw was good.... that's about the only good thing I can say about the one I had. The flavor was disappointing, lacking complexity. It was rolled very loosely, squishing nearly flat between my fingers. The wrapper was lumpy.
