Review Notes: Rocky puts out a new cigar every other week it seems. This one is supposed to have some sort of sentimental value since it commemorates 10 years of decent cigar making. This is not really the one I would have picked. Not that it is a bad cigar, but the flavors are average and the packaging is less appealing than the vintage series. Flavors are a bit musky, but may improve with humidor time.
