Review Notes: This was a decent cigar. It has to be one of the thinner churchill sizes I've smoked though. This led to a bit more heat than i was expecting toward the end of the burn. I like the history and feeling of nostalgia that goes with these cigars. Nothing better than a South American revolution to throw a wrench in the original production of these gars. There was some good strength to this cigar and a "no-frills" flavor that made me think about what pre-embargo Cuban gars may have been like....wish I had a time machine...or perhaps a time humidor....whatever, either way, not a bad throwback cigar at a decent price.
