Review Notes: I've held off on this review because I picked up a bunch of these the second they showed up at my tobacconist, smoked one right away and was very disappointed. It was harsh and ammoniac, and I figured this was a major Camacho mis-step. I stuck the rest in the humidor for a rest. This morning I decided to try again and was rewarded with an absolutely gorgeous smoke. It still had a bit of bite on the finish, but started smooth and complex with a big creamy smoke. The burn threatened to get ugly a couple of times, but managed to right itself each time it looked to be in trouble. I'm now on my third one of these in a row, just beautiful. I don't know if the first one was just a bad stick or if the small amount of time in the humi actually managed to smooth things out a bit, but I'm getting closer and closer to believing that this might be the best line Camacho has to offer.
