Review Notes: I decided to give this one another try. This one had been aged about 3.5 months and what a difference. No more bitterness. Ash was long and curved to the right, but still hung on for 1.5 inch. This one had more of the flavor one would expect of a Monte and the draw was excellent to boot. It also burnt nice and slow, giving me an hour long smoke out of this small stick. Beautiful wrapper!

Review Notes: This cigar looked beautiful with well-defined cap and lovely, oily, dark shiny wrapper. However, the draw was too tight on most of them, due to being rolled too tight. Could not get enough smoke to enjoy this dinky stick properly. Aroma was quite exotic. Burn and ash were good. Spicy and peppary, but some harshness was noted on the finish. I definitely liked the Afriques better with that sweet Cameroon flavor that makes my tastebuds tingle. Would not pay MSRP value for these.
